MTV has renewed Teen Wolf for a 4th season, the network announced at New York Comic-Con on Saturday.
The 12-episode fourth season will be paired with a companion talk show, Wolf Watch, which will air weekly after each episode. Hosted by Jill Wagner, who plays Kate Argent on the series, Wolf Watch will welcome guest appearances by Teen Wolf cast members, who will share behind-the-scenes secrets, and celebrity super-fans.
The first half of Season 3 has averaged 2.8 million viewers, making it the most-watched season to date. The second half of Season 3 premieres Monday, Jan. 6, 2014, at 10/9c.
Jill has attended the Star Scene Stealers Event at The Hollywood Rooselvelt Hotel in Hollywood, California last night. I’ve uploaded 17 High Quality photos to our gallery. You can check them out by clicking the thumbnails below!

In her time in show business, Jill Wagner became a vampire in “Blade: The Series” and fought werewolves in “Teen Wolf”; pulled pranks on Ashton Kutcher’s show “Punk’d”; guest-starred in such TV shows as “Bones,” “Stargate: Atlantis” and “Monk”; and watched as competitors tried to make their way across an obstacle course on “Wipeout.”
“My career is crazy,” said Wagner, who was born in Winston-Salem. “I’m a woman that wears many hats, a ‘Jill of All Trades.’”
And after a two-year absence, Wagner is back as a co-host on “Wipeout,” a fast-paced game show that airs at 8 p.m. Thursdays on ABC.
Filming on the current season of “Wipeout” has wrapped up, and the show will have its season finale later this month. Wagner is still waiting to hear if the show will be picked up for another season.
“In my line of business, you just have to sit and wait,” she said. “But I know lots of people love the show, especially kids, so hopefully they’ll give it another run.”
Wagner, 34, attended Ledford Senior High School in Wallburg and N.C. State University before she moved to Hollywood and became a model and actress.
“I never considered myself a model because I like to talk too much,” she said with a laugh. “I kind of fell into that line of work, and that was just a stepping stone for me to get where I wanted to be, which is acting — and I’ve found that I really love the hosting world as well.”
In addition to being the co-host of “Wipeout,” she was the host of a talk show called “Teen Wolf: Revelations,” in which she interviewed other cast members from the series.
“I really found that fun for me,” she said of the talk show format. So would she like to have her own talk show sometime?
“I should be so lucky that anybody would want to listen to my mouth,” she said, adding that she would love to have “a feel-good show for women — almost like ‘Chicken Soup for the Soul’.”
She will be returning to “Teen Wolf” soon, but can’t talk about her part. “I don’t even know where my character is going,” she said. “The writers are really secretive. You get the scripts and it’s like ‘Wow, I’m doing that this week. I do know it’s really creepy, whatever’s happening with her.”
Her career in show business led to a memorable opportunity back in April, when she went with the USO to visit troops in Afghanistan.
“It’s pretty amazing over there,” she said of her 12-day trip. “I met a lot of people from North Carolina, and these people are so amazing. I think we have to stand by the people and what they are doing, putting their lives on the line. My dad was a Marine, so I was raised to respect these people anyway, but I have a whole new understanding of what it’s like to live over there. And I just got a drop of it, those people are living it.”
Guess who’s back for the second half of Teen Wolf S3? Kate Argent, played by the lovely Jill Wagner. For now there is no official word on exactly how long Kate is gonna be back for, but if it is anything like Eaddy Mays’ return for the first half of the season, it could definitely be for more than just one or two scenes.
